The single hung is our most popular window — a fixed top sash with an operable bottom sash that tilts in for safe, easy cleaning. A pocket/slope sill design delivers a superior weather seal and structural performance, and a constant-force coil balance keeps operation smooth even on large windows. Clean lines and a low profile make it a natural fit for nearly any Central Texas home.
